You can place order by choosing our online ordering or offline ordering:
1. Online Ordering:
You can place order with our online shopping cart by choosing credit card, COD cashier check, or company check payment. For credit card payment, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you choose COD payment, there is $9.00 COD fee per package charged by UPS. For details of payment method, please see our Terms & Policies.
2. Offline Ordering:
Please use the order form below to place your order. Please fill in your Account Number as your Customer ID Number if you have been assigned one. If you are an existing customer, you already have Customer ID Number shown on your invoice of each order. Please fax your order to 310-515-9901 310-515-9901 , we will contact with you for credit card information or COD payment before we ship your order.

Please fill out this form and fax to us along with your order. Skip it if you are an existing customer and had done before.
For out of state customer, you need to fax or email to us your state Sales Tax License. This is one-time requirement for all new customers. Skip it if you had done before.
For California Customer, you need to complete Resale Certificate Form, also provide the copy of your Seller’s Permit along with your order. This is one-time requirement for all new customers. Skip it if you had done before.
